EBL aims to ensure each participant has knowledge and access to the provider’s complaints management and resolution system. Complaints and other feedback made by all parties are welcomed, acknowledged, respected and well-managed.
Feedback and complaints can be received in several different pathways, including:
NDIS participants have the right to complain or provide feedback about the safety and quality of NDIS supports and services. Please click here for more information on how to do this via the NDIS Commission.
